Abstract
This research aims to get to know about the world of work, especially about the work of a front office which has been considered as the easiest job. In this research, the writer examines what work a front office does at PT Delta Indonesia Pranenggar, the obstacles the writer faces, and how the writer solves the obstacles during the research. This research started from March 28, 2023 to June 28, 2023. The research method used by the writer is descriptive analytical method by describing the work done during the internship. Then, the writer made conclusions about the work. In the world of work, the company's image depends on front office services. Therefore, the front office is responsible for providing excellent service to company guests. Not only providing excellent service, a front office often has another job description.
