Abstract
This study aims to identify the needs of students in improving their English grammar abilities at SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bekasi. This study also aims to develop a learning module design that suits the needs of students based on material expert assessment. The research and development (R&D) method by Borg and Gall was used in this study which was adapted by Carey from the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The English Grammar Learning Module was assessed for its feasibility by two expert materials, two English teachers, and 35 students. This study used questionnaires and interviews as data collection techniques. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the English Grammar Learning Module was included in the Excellent qualification with an average score of 100 % by material experts So the conclusion is that the development of the English Grammar Learning Module can improve students' English grammar abilities.
