Abstract
This study intends to find out how to work and what kind of work is done by the creative team at the Foreign Language College -JIA, which is located on Jl. Cut Mutia No.16A, RT.001/RW.011, Margahayu, Kec. Bekasi Tim., Kota Bks, West Java 17113. In this study, the author examines what work was done during the research, the obstacles the author faced, and how to solve problems or obstacles during the research. This research started on May 1 to July 1, 2022. The technique of collecting data from the library. This research method is the descriptiveanalytic method by describing the work done during the internship. After that, the author makes conclusions about his work that can be obtained during the study. In the corporate and service world, Creative Teams play a very important role in being responsible for generating eye-catching ideas that will entice consumers into the target audience. In Creative Team, a Content Creator is very influential in contributing information to any medium and expressed through speech, writing, or various arts for self-expression, distribution, marketing, or publication.
