Abstract

This research discussed about the representation of leadership of the main character in King Arthur Movie which focus to express the representation of leadership. The writer used descriptive qualitative methods. In this research the writer found 23 data of character leadership in King Arthur movie. This research focused on the concepts of leadership used Robert K. Greenleaf theory. This research revealed that the concept of leadership was representation on listening (17,4%) that showed listening and decision. Empathy (13,04%) that showed recognizing and understanding, healing (4,34%) that showed rise up, awareness (8,7%) that showed self-awareness in certain situation, persuasion (8,7%) that showed convince, conceptualization (8,7%) that showed think conceptually, foresight (8,7%) that showed understand past, stewardship (4,34%, ) that showed serving the needed of the team, and commitment to the grow of the people (17,4%) that showed the leader support and help team or people, and building community (8,7%) that true community can be created among those who work in businesses and other
