Abstract

The paper is aimed at knowing the Jobs Description of Finance Department in PT. Digital Network Aestetik on 90-B Dr. Saharjo Street South Jakarta. The population of the research is 4 employees. The Implementation of the research is conducted from March 1st – May 31st 2019.The method of the research is qualitative and data in this study are obtained by observative method. The steps of the research include; (1) determine what objects will be observed, (2) make observation guidelines in accordance with the scope of the object to be observed, (3) determine where the object to be observed, (4) define clearly how observations will be made to collect data, (5) determine ways and take notes on the results of observations. After completing the research, the data are analyzed. The result shows that the job description in the financial department of DNA Production is divided to be 4 parts of the main jobs
