Abstract
This thesis is aimed to find the influence of improving employee speaking skill through total physical response in PT. Bank Central Asia KCP Cibitung . In completing this paper, the writer took the sample randomly the employees at office are 15 employees for control class and 15 employee’s for experiment class. The test is divided into items test and speaking test. The implement of the research was conducted from February until Agust 2021. After completing the research, the data were analyzed by using statistic technique with SPSS to discover the result of experimental study. The result shows that there is a significant positive influence between speaking skill (variable X) and total physical response (variable Y) with coefficient The results of the related test formulas, the authors found tobserved 7,519 ≥ 1,014 ttable, it is significance. It pointed out that total physical response gives high contribution to speaking skill.
