Abstract
This research aims to find out how to work and what work is done by teachers at SDN Jatimulya 11 South,Bekasi. In this research, the author examines what work was done during the research, the obstacles faced, and how to solve problems during the research. This research started from April 1 to June 29, 2024. The author was assigned as an English Teacher at SDN Jatimulya 11 South, Bekasi. This research method is descriptive analytic method by describing the work done during the internship. The author found that 5 obstacles varied. The author has observed how to overcome these obstacles. Internet, books, and teachers of SDN Jatimulya 11 South, Bekasi contributed to the problem solving. The author was able to pass all the problems that existed in all job descriptions. Keywords: Job Description, English Teacher, SDN Jatimulya 11
