Abstract

This study aims to determine how students' ability to master vocabulary using the TPR approaches method in the class of SDN Karang Asih 01 Cikarang. the subjects of this study were thirty-four students consisting of 20 female students and 14 male students. The research method is quantitative. In this implementation includes the observation stage, followed by test 1 with 5 questions in the form of visual practice, test 2 in the form of 5 questions in the form of visual practice as well, then test 3 in the form of instructions and students are asked to demonstrate according to the test instructions. In the first test students got an average score of 90.88. in the second test students got an average score of 88.97. In the third test students got an average score of 88.82. The average student score on the third test was 89.55. From these data it can be seen that using the TPR approach method for third grade students is certainly very effective.
