Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how the administrative team at the Bekasi District Court functions and what tasks are completed. In this study the writer investigates what work was done during the study, the challenges encountered and how problems were solved during the investigation. This study lasted from May 18 to August 18, 2023, techniques for data collection at the library. This research method is a descriptive analytical method, as it describes the work completed during the internship. Following that, the writer reached a conclusion regarding the work done during the study. The administration team plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term viability of government organizations. The administration team is in charge of planning, assessment and programs for government institutions like the Bekasi District Court. The Administration team at the Bekasi District Court oversees finances, correspondence files, and supporting resources such as operational items and state inventory. The author discovered that during his internship he had 5 job descriptions each job presents its own obstacles. The writer saw how to overcome these obstacles. In the end, the writer was able overcome all of the challenges outlined in the job descriptions during the internship. Keyword: Court state, Administration
