Abstract

This study aims to describe the writer's activities as room attendants in the housekeeping department and to find out how the work and what jobs are carried out by room attendants during the process of preparing rooms. In this study, the writer examines what work was done during the research, the obstacles the writer faced and how to solve problems or obstacles in the study. The research started on March 28, 2022 until May 13, 2022. This research method is qualitative. After that, the writer make conclusions about the work obtained during the study.
