Abstract

This analysis was carried out to know how the job description of administrative service officers at the Bekasi City Police Metro, which is located on Jl. Scout No.79, RT.001/RW.002, Marga Jaya, Kec. South Bekasi, Bekasi City, West Java. 17141. The research was carried out for two months, from March 15, 2022, to May 15, 2022. The primary methods used in this internship were observation and interviews. Administrative service officers have many job descriptions that affect administrative services. After that, the writer makes the conclusions obtained during the study. The results of this study explain that administrative service officers are responsible for providing top service, both for the community and fellow staff.
