Abstract

This paper is aimed at finding the influence of improving employee speaking skill through communicative language in production Department of PT. Takeda Indonesia. In completing this paper, the writer took the sample randomly the employees at production Department which are 20 employees. The test is divided into items test and speaking test. The implement of the research was conducted from March until July 2019. After completing the research, the data were analyzed by using statistic technique with SPSS to discover the result of experimental study. The result shows that there is a significant positive influence between speaking skill (variable X) and communicative language (variable Y) with coefficient The results of the related test formulas, the authors found t observed 9,085 ≥ 2,093 t table , it is significance. It pointed out that communicative language gives high contribution to speaking skill.
