Abstract
The paper is aimed to learn how the work system and job description at marketing department in PT Digital Network Aestetik which located on 90-B Dr. Saharjo Street, South Jakarta. In this research, the writer has direct observe on each job in marketing department such as marketing staff. This research starts from March 1st2019 – May 31th 2019. The techniques of getting the data are : (1) observation directly on the field, (2) determining how Marketing Job. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by observing what each job do during 13 weeks. The writer faced three obstacles, they are : (1) Error system database to input monthly report sales. (2) Indiscipline member of marketing staff when filing the sales data. (3) The company does not have a web content.
