Abstract
This study aims to find out how to work and what kind of work is done as an account executive at Limestones Digital Agency. In this study, the writer observed the working processes and responsibilities, analyzing the effective skills required to be an account executive, and the workflow during the internship. This research started on the 27th of February to the 28th of May 2024. The writer was assigned as an account executive, part of the client service division at Limestones Digital Agency. The technique of collecting the data was observation. This research applied a qualitative approach to describe the findings. The writer found 8 working processes and responsibilities, 5 essential skills needed, 14 working flows, and 2 obstacles during the internship. The writer made some observations on how to overcome those obstacles. The staff of Limestones Digital Agency contributes to resolving the obstacles. The writer was able to describe in detail all of the findings and how to overcome the obstacles. Keyword: account executive, processes, responsibilities
