Abstract

This paper is aimed to determine how and the types of tasks which administration management factory staff does and the tasks that spend the most time while conducting research in PT. Yatung Concrete International Bekasi based on daily tasks and responbility from Monday to Friday. This research was done at the begining of March 14th, 2019 until April 18th, 2019. The research used qualitative methods using descriptive methods such as conducting direct observations in the workplace and literature studies. The steps of this research are as follows (1) conducting research directly by becoming a administration management factory staff, (2) preparation of data collection, (3) data collection process, (4) selecting data, (5) analyzing data and, (6) data conclusions. These steps will give the result a conclusion of the job description at administration management factory staff.
