Abstract

This study aims to determine how to work and what work is done as a guest-centric front office at the Grande Valore Hotel Cikarang, located in Jababeka Raya Lot A2, Bekasi district, West Java, 17530. In this study, the authors examined what work was done and what was done during the study, the obstacles that the authors faced, and how to solve the obstacles to the study. This study starts from the 5th of February to the 6th of May 2024. After that, the author concludes the work the writer obtained during the research. In the world of companies and services, the guest-centric front office is essential in being responsible for matters directly related to consumers. In the guest-centric front office, an individual is significant in contributing information about what is in Grande Valore Hotel in a verbal or nonverbal form, aiming at customer distribution and marketing.
