Abstract
This paper aimed to describe the writer's job descriptions after doing the internship program as a teacher at Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur in Taman Baca Inklusi and provided the information about the work environment. This research started from May to July 2023. The method of the research was qualitative descriptive by observing and doing the job during the internship. This research also described the obstacles found at Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur which were students’ low motivation, students’ ability, classroom environment, and incomplete facilities and solutions given by the writer during the internship are giving advice for students having low motivation, using different approaches to students with different abilities, changing classroom environment, and completing the facilities.
