Abstract

This research intends to find out how to work and what work is done by the Administration Staff at PT Delta Nusantara Persada, which is located at Suncity Square Complex H-20 Jl. M. Hasibuan Raya, Margajaya, Bekasi. In this study, the writer examined what work was done during the research, the problems the writer faced, and how to solve problems or obstacles during the research. This research started from March 29 to June 28, 2023. Data collection techniques from the library. This research method is descriptive analytic by describing the work done during the internship. After that the author makes conclusions about his work carried out during the research. In the office world, Administrative Staff are very important in the rotation of work in the office. An Administrative Staff must be able to organize all work and be fast, dexterous, and responsive.
