Abstract
The Paper is aimed to know how the work system and what jobs of work in Human Resource Department at Horison Ultima Hotel Bekasi, located on KH. Noer Ali Kayuringin Jaya street Bekasi. This research was started from 04rd April 2017 to 09rd June 2017. Data collection techniques are : (1) by direct research into the field (2) determining how Human Resource jobs, (3) descripting the data. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by observing the job and explaining the obstacles during observation and giving the problem solving of the research. The writer faced several problems during observation that needs im provement in order to achieve more efficient daily job activities, all of them main ly because of indisciplinary action that leads to violation against company stand ard operational procedure and company policy. Some of them are related to per sonnel habits and creativity. After the writer found and analyse the data, the writer then try to communicate with manager and provide solution regarding that prob lems and after a month after implementation process, the system are getting better and more controllable.
