Abstract
The Paper is aimed to know how to work system and what jobs of work in teaching English Conversation which located at Ki Mangun Sarkoro Street, No. 45, Bekasi Jaya, East Bekasi, West Java 17112. In this research, the writer has observed about what jobs the writer did during the study, what obstacles the writer encountered during the study and how to solve the problems or obstacles. This research starts from February 13th 2017 to May 15th 2017. The techniques of getting data are : (1) observation directly on the field, (2) collecting the theories from library. The method of the research is descriptive analytic by descripting the job which done in 3 days per week. After that, the writer make the conclusion the she got as long the research
