Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the production processes of ceramic floor in PT. Mulia Keramik Indah Raya Cikarang West Java, specifically in the production department Floor Tile 2. In this study the authors directly participate in the process of making ceramic floor work starting from 3rd of April 2017 to 1st of June 2017, from Monday to Friday with Working hours starting from 07.30Am - 04.30Pm according to working hours Non shift in the company. The techiques of getting data are: (1) observation directly on the field, (2)determaining how processes production floor tile, (3) analyzing the data. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by observing what each job do during 10 days in two months. From the author's observation know that each part of the process has different tasks and functions, and each stage of interdependence. So each process in each section will affect the results in the next part of the process. Then each job should focus on the specs that has been set.
