Abstract
This study aims to find out how work and what work is on Pulic Realtion at Horison Ultima Bekasi Hotel located on Jl. KH. Noer Ali Kayuringin Jaya Kota Bekasi, 17145. This research was started from January 23rd 2017 until April 24th 2017. Data collection techniques are (1) by direct research into the field (2) the relevan of related theories (3) the author's documentation. This research method is qualitative method by observing work done for 3 months. After that the authors make conclusions gained during this research took place. Some of them are related to personnel habits and creativity of Public Relation division.
