Abstract

The paper is aimed to know how the work system and the job description at marketing department in PT. Tiga Energi Solusi General Trading and Supplier which Located at Ketapang Raya Street Ruko Vila Pekayon, Block B3R / 37, Bekasi. In this research, the writer has direct observe on each job in Marketing department such as Marketing staff. This research starts from 6th February 2017 to 6th March 2017. The techniques of getting data are : (1) observation directly on the field, (2) determining how Marketing job. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by observing what each job do during 4 weeks. The faced three obstacles, they are : (1) Obstacles the writer faced is waiting the PIC of Environment when visiting customer in this case the writer make an appointment with the PIC before visiting. (2) Obstacles the writer faced is internet connection is too slowly in this case the writer using personal internet connection from phone because the file in website is to large if open with internet network companies. (3) Obstacles the writer faced is when got some of project we need to go to region of the project in this case the writer directly booking the airplane ticket to go to region of the project which want to follow.
