Abstract

This research is aimed to know the way and kinds of tasks which staff marketing in CV. Gerimis Garment based on job tasks and responsibilities everyday as with the job hours from Monday until Friday. This research was done in the begining the firstmaret of month until the end of june. This research of qualitative research research which uses descriptive method like direct observation in the work place and library studies. The steps of this research as follow : 1. Preparation of collecting,2. Process of collecting data ,3. Sort data,4. Analize data, and 5. Drawing the data conclusion about job description of staff marketing department does every day in work place.
