Abstract

The Paper is aimed to know how to work system and what jobs of work in Front Desk Agent’s Horison Ultima Hotel Bekasi. It which located on KH. Noer Ali Kayuringin Jaya street Bekasi. In this research, the writer has direct observes job in front desk agent. This research starts from 23rd January 2017 to 23rd April 2017. The techniques of getting data are : (1) observation directly on the field, (2) determining how Front Desk Agent’s jobs, (3) descripting the data. The method of the research is qualitative descriptive by observing the job and explaining the obstacles during observation and giving the problem solving of the observation.
