Abstract

This research aims to find out how and what are the stages of the shortening production process at PT SMART Tbk which is address at Marunda Center Warehouse Complex Block D1 No.1 Segara Makmur Village, Taruma Jaya District, Marunda Makmur, Bekasi 17211. In this study the authors examine and observe in the field of the shortening production process. This research started from March 9, 2017 until June 9, 2017. The data preliminary technique is as follows: (1) researching directly to the field, (2) researching the stages of shortening production process, This research method is qualitative method by observing Work done for 4 months.
