Abstract
This paper is aimed to know what jobs an administrators do in the CTKI placement procedures to the Hong Kong in PT. Ekasanti Jayamulia, located in Jl. Jati Raya No 10 Kayuringin Bekasi.day duties and obligations in accordance with working hours from Monday to Friday. This research was implemented from April 12, 2017 to May 24, 2017. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method such as direct observation in the workplace and literature study. The steps of this research are: (1) observation directly on the field, (2) Data collection process, (3) Data selection, (4) and describing the job result. In this research also explains the obstacles during observation and problem solvers.
