Abstract

The paper is aimed to explain the implementation of budget monitoring system at Factory PT Takeda Indonesia, Bekasi. The writer started the research and was involved directly in Factory PT. Takeda Indonesia, Bekasi from March 13th – May 14th 2019 in Plant Controller department. One of plant controller department’s responsibilities is budgeting include monitoring the budget itself. The method of the research is a qualitative method. The planning is important thing in an organization or company to achieve the goals. However, the good planning is still needs to be monitor and control. To achieve accurate planning, all managers should be involved in the budgeting process. Therefore the plant controller and department managers should work together, in collaboration, to create a reliable and meaningful budget. Collaboration during the budget process is an active, alternative approach to budgeting that could help the process.
