Abstract

This study aims to find out how to work and what work is in HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Bekasi as recreation attendant in sport and recreation department located on Bulevard Raya Street Ahmad Yani Block. M. Marga Mulia, North Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City, West Java 17142. In this study the authors examined what work was done during the study, the obstacles that the author faced and how to solve problems or obstacles during the research. The study began on Janury 5, 2020 until March 5, 2020. The data collection techniques were (1) by examining directly into the field (2) taking theories from the library. The method of this research is descriptive analytical method by describing the work carried out for 2 days a week. After that the author makes conclusions about his work which was obtained during the research.
