Abstract
This research aims to find out what work is done by a Laboratory Analyst in the Laboratory of PT Hogy Indonesia. In this study, the writer examined what work was done during the research, the obstacles faced, and how to solve problems during the research. This research started from February 05 to May 13, 2024. The writer was assigned as a laboratory analyst. Data collection are from laboratory data. This research method is descriptive analytic method by describing the work done during the internship. The writer found the fact that during the internship period the writer had 2 job descriptions. The writer finds that 2 job descriptions writer has observed how to overcome obstacles. All employees of PT Hogy Indonesia contributed to the problem solving. The writer was able to overcome all the problems that existed in all job descriptions. Keyword: Job description, calibration, validation, sterilization, bioburden
