Abstract
This study aims to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in the role of personalization at PT Bank BPR Arthaguna Mandiri. In this research, the author examines the role of personalization as a customer service office, the problems faced in the challenges of communicating with customers, and how to solve problems during the research. This research started from February 12 to May 10, 2024. The author was assigned as a customer service officer at PT Bank Arthaguna Mandiri. This research method is descriptive analytic method by describing the work that has been done during the internship. The author found the fact that during the internship period the author had several job descriptions. The author found that some of the job descriptions have obstacles. The constraints vary in terms of technical and fundamental. The author has observed how to overcome these obstacles. The internet and employees of PT Bank Arthaguna Mandiri contributed to the problem solving. The author was able to pass all the problems that existed in all job descriptions.
